When you have placed an order we provide you with a username and password. We have a database that handles all the information as to when we received your shirts and when we anticipate shipping them back.Of course you will have to provide us with an email. If you don't want the service just tell us and we won't set up the database in your name.
The database has a customer inventory to keep track of the shirts you have in your wardrobe and the shirt you have sent us for recollaring and cuff replacement. Is nice to keep track of the new shirts you purchased and how long after you had to put new cuffs and collars. There is no charge for the service and its not mandatory.
Once we receive your shirts we post the info immediately to the database so you know we received them and when they are being sent back. This usually happens a day after we get your shirts.You can check on your shirts 24/7 at your convenience.
